INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROJECT MANAGERS
Responsible for managing the project plan, issues, analyzing risks, producing status reports and communicating them to stakeholders utilizing business leadership skills and an understanding of technology focused workplace. Create and maintain project timelines/milestones. Maintain IRAAD’s and decision logs to track key decisions and impacts. Work in large, complex, matrix teams to manage project timeline, project scope and project/program financials. Lead internal review sessions to discuss issues and questions related to requirements documentation; work with business stakeholders to review and resolve issues. Perform data analysis, using in- depth knowledge of relational databases. Provide explanation and information related to data analysis findings to both the project team and business stakeholders. Communicate with many levels of the organization, business stakeholders/SME, project managers, system architects and quality assurance regarding issues, dependencies, risks and progress. Conduct demo sessions /presentations to senior management to communicate progress and demonstrate deliverables. Focus on workflow analysis & design, business process reengineering, user interface design, and process flow modeling. Plan and direct the work of other IT professionals. May supervise up to four IT systems analysts/business analysts/developers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree or its foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, IT Management, Engineering Management, Engineering or a closely related field and two years of experience in any Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst Occupations. At least one year of experience must be in Documentation and Specification Analysis, Facilitation and Elicitation using requirements management tools such as DOORS or Caliber, Enterprise or System Architecture Visual Modeling using tools such as MS Visio, Technical skills like SQL, .NET, Perl, and VBScript.
In lieu of the Master’s degree and two years of experience, the employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, IT Management, Engineering Management, Engineering or a closely related field and five years of experience in any Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst Occupations. Genius Minds, LLC, 1201 Pacific Avenue, Suite 600, Tacoma, Washington, 98402 and unanticipated job locations throughout the USA. Requires travel/relocation to client sites in different states in the USA.
HOURS OF WORK AND SALARY:
40 hours a week full time work at an annual salary $286,270 and 2 weeks paid vacation, Health Insurance, and Bonus.
